They are for night as it's removing top layer of cells and your skin cell turnover is higher at nighg. Also they'll have more glycolic acid in thatcan make skin sensitive to UVA UVB in daylight 👍. Xx

The pads make your skin more sensitive to sunlight so best used at night. However, you can use them in the morning just as long as you pair it with a sun cream. ;)

Gemma, don’t forget to use sunscreen after glycolic acid pads in order to protect your skin from UV ray damage since after chemical exfoliators skin become more sensitive to UV lights xx

The acid in the pads should be used at night. As far as I know salicylic is the only acid that isn’t sun sensitive, but it’s aimed more at oily skin & unclogging pores. The most gentle acid you could use in the day though (always SPF after) is lactic acid. The Body Shop do a really lightweight SPF 50 x
