Gemma, I have to say that I really appreciate you listing vegan and vegetarian alternatives and substitutes in your recipes. Although, I am not a vegan myself...my family is and some of my friends are lactose-intolerant and something we like to do once in awhile in the midst of studying for our university exams is cooking. It gets our mind of off work, we get to have fun, and home-cooked meals are always cheaper and better than take-out!

Thank you Secrets in the oven, yes, you can bake these in the oven too. 180C/350F, 15 minutes or so. Bake in a muffin pan. Not all will be good, but the cake ones will :)

I just need to comment again about how good these recipes are, and for my current situation right now, they are a huge help ❤ I’m 28 weeks pregnant with my second child, and I’m not able to eat as much because of how big she is growing.
