It’s crazy because if a survivor has a bad chase, they have so many second chance perks that it doesn’t even matter. When a killer has a bad chase 2-3 gens pop and they just blame it on the killer not being good. Love the videos and I’d love if you made a video about this topic

It would be nice if the base kick was better on some killers than others. Like Nurse and Blight it stays 5%. Middle killers like nemesis, wraith, plague it's like 10%, and then like a myers or trapper it's 15%. That might be too much thinking about it but something along those lines. It would be a changing statistic like the terror radius.

Insane how chill survivor is compared to killer gameplay When I play survivor I usually have another game going on my Switch or i'm on my phone lol, I also minimize the game on hook and watch something on youtube sometimes When I play killer I have to close everything else and lock tf in else I get bodied

Chucky main here. When you hit someone with mouse 1 the hit doesn't necessary remove you from hide-ho mode, it all depends on how much charge you have left in your power. After mouse 1 a survivor while in power you lose a portion of the power, so if it was almost ending it will probably remove you from hide-ho, but if you still have a good amount of power it wont, it will instead take some of that power away. With the Iri it always removes no matter the amount of power charge you have.

Deja vu might actually be one of the most heinously overpowered perks I’ve seen in a while in this game. Complete 3 gen prevention and 6% gen speed increase that stacks with other gen rush perks and itself on other survivors unlike prove thyself, actual insanity that it’s allowed to be in the game in its current state imho.

@@jackmcgee4882 its not OP at all, its a good perk but not a top tier survivor perk. Deliverance, unbreakable, exhaustion perks, dstrike, windows, are all still stronger. Just because you can see the 3 closest gens doesnt mean you can actually do them. I actually think survivor perks are in a decent state but killer perks have had too many nerfs and not enough buffs to compensate.

Definitely not the most "heinously overpowered" thing they can bring. It turns a 90 second gen into a 84.6 second gen. While that can be annoying, you also have perks like Quick Gambit now, which provide ALL survivors currently working on a gen with 5% repair speed, and they get this while one Survivor is being chased. This will make all gens repair 5 seconds faster, for every survivor on them. And that's not considering whether or not they're running resilience, prove thyself, or popped off Invocation Weaving of Spiders. And this is all just generator related things.

I've been running super strong hex totem builds on Dracula with Pentimento, it kinda puts survivors in a lose - lose situation. (Cleanse?) I get Pentimento and can choose when to light them, (Don't Cleanse?) I have really powerful perks that likely could win me the game or I win lot's of chases in less than 15 seconds, I prefer to have extreme aggression instead of lot's of Regression, I slug, tunnel, and camp, while using a combination of ruthless perks to win me the game.

I think they just need to make gen progression and regression equal. Right now, survivors repair gens at one charge a second with no perks or items. However when a gen is regressing, it regresses at 0.25 charges a second.

Maps are a problem, survivor's finding aspects of the game boring is a problem, killer getting no rewards during or after a chase is a problem, and Killer's overly relying on Gen Defense or Slugging / Unfun gameplay is a problem. But the Developers don't seem to have easy fixes for any of these issues, so what I promise you we're going to get is some lazy slap fixes no doubt.

How about a perk that increases minimum repair requirement to 10% and add a repair speed penalty while repairing the gen that is regressing. That way, kicking a gen still gives regression value. And also, 3 genning won't be a problem with the gen kicking limit. It's just that you have to commit to repairing a lot more. Or just have different regression speed based off different killers

I had an idea for gen defense, someone please tell me if I'm making no sense. The perks are necessary a lot of the time, but also a full build of it is sometimes overkill. So my idea is that gen perks should be stronger but for each perk you bring they as a whole get weaker. This is to make the perks better, but combat the devs fear of stacking regression effects. Stay with me on this. Buff regression perks, pain res only doesn't work on death hook so 2 uses per survivor, pop is 20% progress not total, ruin and brine are 200% regression speed, etc. However, now stacking perks makes them weaker. So if pain res is the only gen perk it's 20%, or maybe 25% damage, then bringing another regression perk makes it 20%, a third is 15%, a fourth is 10%. This could be a way to make the perks stronger, but stop say a blight from running 4 gen perks. Then do the same to survivor perks, deja vu's 6% drops to 4 then 2 if you keep bringing progression perks. Could incentivize bringing different kinds of perks but also not destroy these perks which are needed. Comments? Like it or not?

I think it’s a cool concept. Better then mine which was to just add 2 separate slots for gen regression and the rest of the 4 as standard perks. I like that it lets you pick and choose how much you want your perks to be effective. So if a killer feels that they can get a lot more value just using one gen perk, they have more creativity with other perks or maybe they need one other gen perk to feel comfortable. It would shake things quite a lot.

Last Year the Nightmare got a lot of flack but it did one thing right. The killer would load in early and let them set traps and scout the map. Imagine if killers had a minute or just 30 seconds of being able to move across the map at max speed, setting up totems and traps and selecting scourge hooks. Survivors could watch a cutscene or play a mini game or something, but killers need more prep time

You know, I'd like a killer like that, something like Abathur from Hero's of the Storm (Blizzard game) Just a Killer that sits in a static position, but plays a sort of RTS Game to catch and kill survivors. I'm a HUGE RTS nerd, so I'd love to see something other than the Knight fulfill this for me. It'd probably be a combination of Singularity (With camera system), The Knight (Summoning Units), And I guess Trapper / Pyramid Head? (Resource Management, and Map Manipulation)

This is why I don't use Slowdown perks, like, if the Survivors are efficient on gens and loop for a minute, the game is already lost as Killer. So we as Killers must rely on perks that provide us Lethality and Information over Slowdown since Slowdown is getting weaker. Also, with how MMR is, the more you win the harder the matches, and the more you lose the easier the matches. So honestly, just purposely losing can make future matches easier. It sucks to say that and lose on purpose, but if I want less stressful matches then I gotta lose from time to time.

They keep nerfing gen slowdown and keep buffing repair speed as well as making new gen rush perks every new chapter. So now unless you run 4 slowdowns you are not going to slow it enough, even 4 slowdowns is not enough most of the time because you are dealing with almost 4 times that amount in gen rushing perks if it’s a comp team, and they almost always are now days. I hate what this game has become because surv mains cry all the time for no reason while being handed everything on a silver platter. The devs are very biased.
