All they need to do is make it so Myers stalk range doesn't affect how much stalk he gains. BHVR changes to killers is almost always a recipe for dumbing them down while simultaneously nerfing them.

BHVR don't even follow their own rules they wrote for him. In his bio it states he stalks his victims FROM AFAR. If you stalk from afar then you gain it at such a slow rate. It needs to be the exact opposite.

i don''t think your looking at time sink that he did to do first two plays. 2:23 for 2 hooks. there is also the fact that nobody on that team knows how to loop a m1 killer. gideon is full of safe loops and yet nobody has chained any meaningful pallets on the map despite map having like 25+ pallets.

@@poi55thank you. Lol. These are more consistently showcases of how effective perks can bandaid bad killers more so than the killer needed to be revisited. Freddy, pig, Myers, trapper, all killers that either have solely one win condition, or comparatively weaker than the rest of the cast. Even this build not in an indoor map with better line of sight breaks and more proactive gen pressure he would’ve lost. Even in the 1v2 they got the gen to around 80% on a relatively okay 3 gen and a mostly barren top floor

@@poi55 exactly. By design of trues tier list too, it’s definitely under the view of “all killers can Be play-able”. Which is entirely true. You can 100% 4K a gaggle of solo queue survivors or greedy SWFs regardless of mmr with a strong build and map on any of the killers in the game. Competent killers know it really just needs one bad decision to force a snowball to make it happen. But there is such a stark difference between that and saying a killer is strong and has a competitive edge that should be acknowledged. It’s the same thing with fighting games, low tiers can make it far with strong mu knowledge, favorable brackets, and using the best of your toolkit. Seeing strong items and addons from survivors doesn’t always indicate player skill, it just means more resources are in game. High tier characters lose to low tiers in other games as well, it’s all about how they actually use the resources, or in some edge cases the low tier just happens to counter one of the strengths of the high tier by design. Bringing it back to this match, iirc 2 people brought instant heals, how much value are you getting from this match with a pseudo stealth myers on an indoor map pre loading 99 t3s? Probably not very much. Best case is needling a slug and having that pay off

The only bad thing about Myers is that he can run out of stalk. I dont think any other killer loses their power entirely like that. freddy loses teleports when all gens is done but he can still use his m2

Another reason why some may consider something worse than it actually is could be due to cope. If you say you lost because the character is bad it makes it sound like you could've done a lot better on a stronger one, but if you win with this allegedly weak and unviable character then you obviously outskilled and are much better.

You don't know how to counter Myers? Just line of sight him. Be aware of your surroundings and don't clump up with people. If he procs then loop him like any other M1 killer. If you are worried about tombstone then either hop in a locker or mash M1 on the gen and he won't be able to mori you.
