My family played minigolf there 3 years ago. Then ate delicious pizza at the inn behind gen Flynn. We had a great trip to the park. ❤ such hospitality. ❤ 🙏 ❤

I had a VA appointment at the Charles George VA Medical Center in Asheville on Tuesday before Helene came in on Thursday, and it was raining ing so hard I could barely see the road, on Tuesday afternoon. It rained for 3 days prior to Helene even getting to Western NC, SC, GA, and Eastern TN

I lived there in the mid 60's as a kid' summer time it was wide open come fall of the year and especially winter time the town was vacant' it was like a Ghost Town' only the locals' you could drive for miles and not see any sign of life except for deer. As years went on' it turned into a 24/7 tourist town.

General Flynn, you are a great American. Thank you for your service to this country. And thank you for coming and showing your concern. Our greatest fear is that we will be forgotten. This mess is beyond us, beyond our state and local governments to clean up. We need help, big equipment, somewhere to put the mess.
