Almost every country has some sort of diplomatic relations with Taiwan even though they aren't a country per se. It's basically just "We can't call you a country else we will miss out on the biggest market in the world so we can't call you one but we still lowkey recognize you as a country behind the scenes."

This is something that was going to happen eventually once Riot got obtained by Tencent. Things like this are why people disliked the acquisition. This really isn't much the fault of GENG, as this was the only way out of situation. Otherwise, the entire organization is liable to getting Thanos snapped. IMO there is no one to blame apart from Riot for selling themselves to Tencent, fully knowing that something like this was likely to happen in the future. It's a shame that GENG were the ones that got caught in the crossfire of Riot's greedy decisions.

So excuse me, but your conceited comment is not applicable. Because from your definition, you can't support territorial integrity of almost any neighbouring countries, because they usually have at least some grievances towards their neighbor's area. With what I imply with that word, you can say that you support all countries' territorial integrity and that statement will be fine for everyone. It is possible that there was more context in the letter and/or the translation is incomplete or anything of the sort - I didn't read the full original letter. I assumed that Gen.G meant it in the way I described, just to apologize, not to turn back on against Taiwan. Maybe it's not the case, but you then better show it, rather than arguing here about two words' definition and trying to randomly mock my supposedly absent knowledge about the subject
