Sylvie's gonna smash her opponents in the ring, with all of the knowledge and insight she is gaining, from the best of the elite. I wish her the absolute best of luck, and thankyou for sharing with the nak muay of the world. Peace.

the beauty of muay thai is that you can know everything there is but you still have your own style and favorite techniques thats why even at high level you see muay mats, muay khaos, muay femurs...

I love this variation of the switch kick. I feel it allows me to use my hands better after I kick possibly due to my weight being more forward

Gen is masterful and him and his brother are both fantastic people along with Maggie, guy and the rest. Those are my people.

I would train this kick for hours when I fought but with no bouncing. my lead foot high on the toe and extra emphasis of turning my base foot heel towards the opponent

Where is this video on your Patreon? Maybe I overlooked it but I didn’t see it when I searched last night. Was he basically showing you a switch kick? *Edit* I found the full length video.

Honestly after the Silvia incident I’ve been afraid of kicks.
@marsoc03266 жыл бұрын
Alex Roque Be aware but don't be scared. Silva got sloppy and complacent. If anything fear complacency because that's one of the biggest enemies to all fighters.

Paradox xodarap lol that why I’m just practicing on push kicks and perfecting my punch.

Then you're literally neglecting the primary thing that makes muy thai such an effective martial art. It's like only eating the crust on bread. If you're scared of getting hurt from a kick, you have no business training in a martial art where confrontation of this sort of fear is the whole point.
