I have a question. i was born here in Philippines 1994 and my both parents are married here in Philippines more than 35yrs but they are foreigners and i've never been visit my country i am now 28yrs old but i try to get house but they refuse bcus im not a filipino. And they need me to get petition of naturalization but the problem is, it cost a lot that i cannot afford i have a small business and also my id's are filipino. What are the other ways to be a filipino citizen?

If you're a woman, you may opt to marry a Filipino, and you can go for derivative naturalization which could cost less than direct naturalization.

By rule of Jus Sanguinis, your sister is a natural born Filipino. If she's born in Korea and acquired a citizenship, she can also acquire Filipino citizenship since she's a natural born Filipino.
