Gen Otafire, the problem is not denying or denying some people the Uganda passports. The problem is that the Banyarwanda who were given refugee status in Uganda by our fathers took up arms and fought against an elected government of Uganda. The refugees broke the international refugee law where you are expected to respect the law of the country that gave you refuge. Ugandans lost love ones in the hands of Rwandese refugees who instead of them asking the assisstance of the government of Uganda. The Uganda government then was headed by the UPC, the Rwandese helped Museveni and you Otafire to fight the government of Uganda and later they took arms brought by Ugandan taxes and money borrowed in their name and went wage war in Rwanda. Millions died in Rwanda, and now Dr Congo.

Actually, Rwandans came from Nkole to inhabit Rwanda. Banyankole also came from Ethiopia. This is why borders were not supposed to be there. We were supposed to have one East Africa.
