Welcome to my journey It hasn't been easy and life has a way of getting in the way. But I pushed through all the BS and shed 60 pounds and have been progressing at a steady rate. It's been a long time off the board and I just wanted to share my experience for anyone looking to get back into skateboarding or even if you're new to it. I've missed skateboarding so much and after weight gain among other life issues skating just took a far back seat. Well my friends the time for regret is over because I'm back and loving it. I'm just a little bit older and heavier but with a healthy diet, exercise and skateboarding back in my life the pounds are melting off and flexibility and strength are coming back. Great channel, man. Skating definitely keeps you young. I should have stuck with it and not let it go for 20+ years. I'd be a lot better now. This video popped up as a random recommendation, very cool! 49 here, from the UK - back in April 1994 a few of us went to the US for the first time, to San Francisco literally to just skate all the spots in the videos. It was like another world. Skated EMB, Wallenberg, Fort Mason, Fort Miley, brown marble, black rock, Union Square, city hall... it was wild. We randomly bumped in to skater Brian Young, he took us around on a city night skate, even took us back to his apartment just off Union Square to hang out for a bit. So much happened in two weeks, it's crazy thinking back on it now. We were staying at the youth hostel at Fort Mason, and one day a cop turned up asking if we had heard of someone called Jakes Kelch lol. Anyway... subbed, and good luck getting back in to it mate!

I’m using the hero 10 with the fisheye attachment and I film in 4:3 2.7k 60p. Works awesome for skating. Film once and get vertical video and wide. Pretty cool. Upgrade it’s pretty cheap for a 9 or a 10 etc…❤️🛹🤘
