Bach, the singer is really singing. Skid Row was a ROCK Group. This song is what we called a ROCK power ballad. His hair is awesome, not emo! The 70’s, 80’s, and mid 90’s our guys had long hair that we loved.

This was not considered "emo" look or even style. It was "80's hair band" or "glam metal", where a lot of bands had at least the singer if not the whole band sporting long hair. You can add the likes of Van Halen, Bon Jovi, Poison & Def Leppard to that list.

My husband is a railroad engineer and is gone for a couple of days at a time, home for a day or two then rinse and repeat and every time he comes home one of us says I remember u! Guess it’s our song! Btw his work arrangement is probably why we’ve been married for 34 years😂. We’re definitely not the 9 to 5 kind of people. Always music in our house. Instead and outside!✌🏻😎

In my opinion, Sebastian Bach is one of the greatest vocalists to ever walk the planet. But (there is always a “but”) it’s a shame that he is known for being a raging asshole. He disappeared for a while; he finally got a chance to sing on Broadway! He was in ‘Jesus Christ, Superstar’ (another Andrew Lloyd Webber Masterpiece, along with Phantom of the Opera, and others)for a while. But his underlying personality once again showed up and he got kicked out of that gig! Skid Row eventually got back together-and his bandmates kicked him out …AGAIN! It’s such a shame-he was (is) Great…but he could be so much more if he could get out of his own way. Still-I absolutely love his music and his voice. There are many great Skid Row songs-but I REMEMBER YOU is my favorite… that 12- string acoustic intro and outro bookending his vocals and that tasty solo in the middle--Perfection!

Lips syncing? I’ve seen them numerous times. And… he played on Broadway in the play Jekyl and Hyde. Saw that in person too. No electronics trickery or auto tune. Just talent. The video depicts his life after the break up. Homeless and desperate, he clings to memories. Your commentary represents your distain for this music.
