A “helter skelter” was a very early form of roller coaster, a spiral slide that one rode down on a mat. It was a popular attraction at carnivals in England. Listen to the lyrics with this information and it makes a little more sense: “when I get to the bottom I go back to the top,” etc.

The next best thing to growing up with the magic of The Beatles, is watching this generation discover them for the first time. Please go down this rabbit hole. You won't regret it.

I was 11yrs old when Pearl Jam dropped their first album "Ten." I immediately fell in love with them. Ten was the first CD I bought and I still have it. This album saw me through all the ups and downs in life. I was lucky to finally see them live a few weeks ago. It was great, a once in a lifetime experience. Yet I feel regret that I never got to see them live when they were in their prime.

Ren has just pisted a song called Troubles as part if Lyme disease/ME Millions Missing Awareness month. In conjunction with 8 Chapters of video documentation of his 8 year nightmare of his health journey to hope. Please react to Troubles and if you would like to witness his vulnerability, watch the Chapters. I miss your reactions! ❤❤

Now you have no excuse not to hear their entire output, you have been listening to second rate music, ever heard of The Stones? Bob Dylan? Janis Joplin? Great reaction, you have a good personality, new sub, how about some Rod Stewart? And please react to "Fooled Around and Fell in Love" by Elvin Bishop, live on Midnight Special.

This video was made during the Frontiers tour. The members are all represented in the video, along with some of the crew. I've seen Journey live over 12 times, and for me, they always sounded better live. Enjoy this and all the rest. Be sure to check out the Greatest Hits Album. You'll really enjoy it.

He wrote it on a porch, while waiting for his girl who was late. He spiraled into abstract negative scenarios while waiting, apparently.

an unusual choice by Ren for the last verse to rhyme the first word with the last word. He's a special writer.

I have a theory that trauma causes our brains to form unusual pathways and that is the reason that people who have uncommon mental faculties are often victims of some sort of deep trauma

I find a deep interest in the concept that we can grasp that Pi exists, but cannot solve it. We understand Pi as a concept, and we can use it in functions, but we don't actually know what the value of Pi is. We know it's nature, but not it's true form. Just like Pi, our demons and personal issues can be conceptualized at one level, but never truly understood. We might be able to "solve" them but in order to truly solve them we would need a more complete understanding that may just be beyond our grasp.
