When she asked that, it hurt my soul. The TikTok demographic are the reason even KZbin promotes Shorts over actual videos. I have a hypothesis that the reason Twitter is so toxic is because tweets aren't long enough to communicate effectively. Now we're doing the same with videos: making sure they're not long enough for anyone to learn anything decently, so we all end up Dunning-Kreugering ourselves in every context. I hate it. @@LinoWalker I think it is something different than you reckon: In my opinion, Taylor became aware of the fact, that she's ageing too, since she has reached the point where her audience has become old enough to attend her shows with their children. She says in the video, that she was the youngest stand-up comedian for a long time, up until this moment right then and there. As a gen z representative, i've been following your journey since 2018. I dont remember how i first noticed you but i went to the save me show in Buffalo and it was amazing. You asked the same question with gen z and i felt so alone with all the millennials and gen x around me 😂

I feel like, after watching this 5-6 times, and being a fan of Taylor for almost 3 years, that this is a very well-written crowd-work bit, but even she is surprised how well it was going. Love her work. Thanks for standing up for us millennials, Taylor. 😅😅

Well, it’s your wholesome face that always appeals to moms. 😂Thank you for taking the blow on behalf of us - an elderly millennial

Impressive work on Taylor's part that I was bouncing back and forth between feeling for her and laughing at the jokes that she was still throwing out.

Oh, Taylor… you are so beautiful. This is hilarious and so wonderfully sincere.

The fact that Taylor feels old here makes me feel ancient.

She's only 3 years younger than me, and I feel old every time I hear a teen talk about any pop culture... especially music... so it tracks.

For the record, a friend of mine dragged me to your Napa show blind and I was floored. Love your work Taylor. If I told my friend that she has "mom that brings her daughter to comedy shows" energy, you'd probably find me dead in a ditch around Inglenook.

Taylor reminds me of my millenial older sister, I love it so much her comedy is a lot like hers and the Gen-Z jokes are something she does all the time

as an older generation I feel this is not a modern joke, I feel like watching episodes of the friends

If it helps. I’m gen z, and I’ve been here since, “don’t bite the jazz hands that feed you.” It’s great to see you back out there!

and this is why she is so damn clever and funny. Listen to the audience. She hasn't even started her routine yet.💕💕

Hi Taylor! Just wanted to say I'm Gen Z too and from Indonesia. Am I huge fan of ours ever since I found your special on Netflix! You're the reason why I love watching comedy. I watched all your specials and even continue watching you on After Midnight! You gooo girl!

I love how my first reaction was politely f*** you I go outside every now and again… then I realized my first comedy show was literally Taylor on tour XD

I like how Taylor asked the Gen-Z if she watched anything more than 4 minutes and this video is 4 minutes 6 seconds. HAHAAA Taylor!

Just want to say I wish I had come across you sooner. I'm a fellow 90's baby. It's always so good to either meet someone in my age group or even better, see how one of us made it to the spotlight. You're really funny Taylor, but even better, you're an awesome human being. You're genuine. You honestly remind me of myself haha, and I'm a guy. I have what's called a 'Sunny Disposition.' I'm gonna be so psyched if I find out you're the same sign as me lol. Idk where your dating situation is, but from experience, make sure you have at least one guy best friend who is anything like us, whether you get married or not. They'll have your back no matter what. Anyways, we ain't getting any younger. Wishing you the best. I think you're the final straw that's made me realize that I need to do something with my life. Putting it on my bucket list now. Getting the chance to meet you and give you a handshake or even just attend one of your events will be like when you encountered Hugh Jackman. 😆 I'll be so happy if I can make it happen. Thank you for the laughs Taylor, you are awesome.
