That is " chaau" dance. Folk dance of Jharkhand, West Bengal and Odisha. Though they r little bit different in these three states.

The Bengoli/Bangaali lines is the soul of this song. Bengoli is majorly spoken here in West Bengal and the capital of West Bengal is Kolkata, where the first subway/underground metro started in India, so it could be be reference to that or may be Indian railway, I dont know for sure but that is not a Bus. The chau dancers in the beginning of the song that no one has noticed so far, that is also a reference to West Bengal + Orissa +Jharkhand + Chattisgarh (States of Eastern Part of India). If I try to describe each and every thing on the video, I could writer 100+ page book. So just enjoy the song
