faceapp does photos on phone. the video part is from computer using keyframe on ebsynth which is a free program.

Love this. It’s amazing what you can do with enbisynth. What would it take to alter a clothed body? Could you make a realistic looking animated body, with a set of clothes? Naked? Pregnant? Shorter? Hips and breasts? I don’t have any plans to do this sort of thing, it’s just amazingly weird and interesting to consider.

Sure, potentially it will work based on any changes made to selected key frames. Although so far I've only tried it with faces.

Haven't tried that but changing the skin tone of the keyframes in faceapp or photoshop before running ebsynth might work
