It will. When you understand what Jimmy Henchman and Haitian Jack positions are, it all makes sense. Jack provided his services to Pac while he was broke in NY filming "Above the Rim". Suge then gives 2Pac $300k for a song that wasn't a single on the "Above the Rim" soundtrack. Pretty sure Jack was suppose to manage, and hand the golden goose over to Puff or Un Rivera. But Pac switched up, and didn't need him anymore with $300k. Suge becomes big bro that saves him from extortion, but extorts him as well. Suge and Puff's feud was already in full swing, but this is when it got ugly with the rape case, and studio shooting.

There are no statute of limitations for murder. Puffy still technically could do time for this but the Government doesn't care like that. Pac punching Baby Lane gave them the green light to take out both Pac and Suge. That doesn't mean Puffy didn't give them an incentive to do it when he was already using them for protection against Bad Boy. Puffy could sue Keefe D for what he said but he won't and he can't. No matter what way you slice it, Puffy was either indirectly or directly involved in Pac's death which lead to retaliation of Biggie getting killed when Puffy was the primary target. It's all messed up and the Bad Boy camp are lying including Faith who lied about Pac and Puffy plus Cease who claimed Biggie never dissed Pac directly. He did, after Pac died. (Long Kiss Goodnight and on the track The Ugliest)It's all a tragedy and disgusting the more you look into it. Everyone has blood on their hands or are dead.
@JayHaram Жыл бұрын
The case is basically impossible to prosecute now days because everyone is dead or people like Suge won’t talk. There are so many versions on who arranged the murders of Tupac and Biggie. A select few know for sure but the rest of us won’t. I am inclined to believe most who were involved are now dead or in jail. I think what we can all agree on, is that it is such a shame that two talented young men were killed. It feels like with a few calls or a meeting things could have been very different.

For those of you saying a murder case is being built on Puffy: Gene can say whatever he wants to in a interview, but legally none of this can be used against Puffy, or Jimmy Henchman. For Gene would have to testify in court, or say it in a police interview, or interrogation. In which I heard Greg Kading(investigator in 2pac, and Biggie's murder) speak about how this legal matter works. But anyway this might cause LA or and Las Vegas police detectives to try to question Gene, and or Jimmy Henchman.

@@rachealsilburn901 Yes if you say something in a interview, or rap something in a song it can be used against you because you're the one saying it. He paid for a record label (Background records). A prosecutor can't come for that. He would get laught at. It's 100% legit on paper. He didn't give the money to the gangsters, he gave the money to a third party. That third party put a record label on paper. If money got squandered and spilled over into the gangsters' hands because the third party has so called bad choices in friendship, that's on him. He can say they squandered money on drugs and prostitutes like most entertainers do.
