I didn’t recognise him but love Gene because behind that pseudo rocker arrogance is a very nice guy. He is a former teacher and came over to UK and did a show teaching British schoolkids to be rockers and to form a band which was to support AC/DC and always remember how he took the geeky kid who everyone picked on and made him the frontman. He gave that kid so much confidence so big kudos to Gene.

Gene got to make a covers album with these Beatles/Motown/R&B songs that he likes and were an influence on him. He can sing in a very nice mellow/melodic voice. Maybe he could do it with Paul who has similar taste and the Soul Station band going. Maybe record his own songs in the style, like My Lorraine.
