Difference between approaches and types?

Approaches are kinds of cell about to be gene therapy that gene express to you by somatic cell and the gene which express itself in generation by sex cell or germ cell while types are kind of addition of gene therapy How you add a gene in a somatic cell or germ cell with ex vivo mean to take out the cell from body and insert the gene and the other type is invivo which mean when you add a gene in somatic or germ cell directly to the body
