This sounds like the main XYZ monster that is mentioned in the deck should have had an effect that supports Loki, as the mythological creature that the XYZ monster is named after is a child of the Norse god of Mischief.

There should be a Generaider monster that has the effect to be used as the two non-tuner materials for the summon of the Aesir synchro monster. They should also make a new Aesir Generaider monster based off of Hel (or Hela as she is called in the MCU). Her effect can deal with the graveyard like Dragon Spirit of White, being the Norse goddess of death.

As a silly tech pick i like to play Hop Ear Squadron, after you use Harrs effects to negate, Hop lets you use the remaining tokens to make desert locust to hand loop and later in the turn make Ruddy Rose Dragon, or metaphys horus to make an unaffected monster or even a negate if you use loptr as material instead of a token

The archetypes released in Deck Build Packs have roughly 11 cards to start with; 11 cards for Konami to build a play style and support it. And yet, more often than not, 2/3 archetypes don't have enough power to their names to be meta, while the last 1/3 has all of the power and more. If Konami is anything, they're consistent... -ly biased.

04:39 here's a trick to use with Naglfar: if your opponent is ending their turn and you haven't used Naglfar's effect, use it to tribute itself so you'll still have your tokens intact during your turn for tribute fodder or for Xyz/link plays. Another trick: you can make Decode Talker on your turn, then in their turn summon tokens to zones it points to. He'll gain 500 ATK for each token and he can tribute a token to negate/destroy any effect that targets your cards (NOT once per turn, so in theory it's 2 tokens = 2 negates + any other monster you special summon to a zone it points to using Hela or Loptr after the first 2 tokens were spent).

I only thought on using him to be chained upon Lightning Storm / Raigeki, etc, and as a target for Muscle Draw, but this is actually brilliant... While you can't use tokens for xyz, you can turn those tokens into effect monsters like Spider or Proxy Dragon, and link climb from there I usually go for Avramax turn 3/5 (Through Nine-Lives cat) and even used that World Legacy trap that link summon during opponent turn (Ascension I think), so again, this is a useful tool for me, thanks And did you know... Harr can use Chaos scepter Blast?

​@@Jyxero That's neat. World Legacy's Secret is also good for late game since it special summons any level 5 or higher monster from the GY. World Legacy Monstrosity can unbrick the hand or turbo 3 level 9 monsters on the field for Xyz plays (Number 92 for example which can steal games). I also sometimes tech Ballista squad to take advantage of the tokens. I wish there were any disruptive link monsters you can summon with the tokens on your opponent's turn (using IP or World Legacy Awakens). Underworld Goddess of the Closed World would have been great if it didn't require effect monsters.

The best "Disruptive" monster on opponent turn is Link BLS (Tokens + 9 + either Loprt or that Condemned fairy that search "forbidden" cards and on Quick play summons a lvl 4 fairy from deck And while decent revival, I feel like Back to the front and Haunted Shrine (For Hela only, and a bit situational) are better for them, either that or just shuffle them back with avarice cards, or that Exodia lvl 10 that can be special summoned from hand and shuffles your monsters on gy Yeah... Is been a week and I still look for any generaider tech (Like Tenyi omninegate or Trias)

@@Jyxero Trias is insane, it helped me destroy Skill Drain multiple times and it helps that it can be summoned from the GY. She does get banished after 1 use but you can cheat that if you discard her as Xyz material. Sometimes I use Monstrosity just to bring her on the field.

Trias has been here and there on my Generaider list... I even cut off Monstrosity in favor of Duality (and 3 Traptrick) as the importance of having the field is uncontested And for another target being worthy of Normal summon, aside of Loprt /Lonefire blossom > Mardel is Pathfinder... Is even a bait for Ash as people think I'm Numeron instead Still, Trias found home on Doremicord (Solfacord), so at least that's a happy ending And for the record, played Syncrho event with Generaiders, feat Righty Driver engine, for Quandax (lvl 8/12 with tokens) or Tatsunoko (lvl 5, 7 and 12) and even Quasar (Goyo defender > Psychic Wheeleder > Coral Dragon)

honestly have loved this deck since the first wave of support was revealed, nowadays unfortunately best rank nine the very fun dragon is banned but some of my favorite techs of the deck are utopic future dragon since making rank 9's is super easy especially with jormungardr and nine lives cat, and world gears of theological demiurgy for mass destruction

I actually have huge fun abusing Generaider engine on Plant deck. Lonefire blossom to Merdel to Boss stage is extremely easy way to go for Harr and Lonefire is soft once per turn, so I can actually do the other combo piece like Aromage, Predaplant or Rikka and then ends it with Lonefire to Merdel as cherry on top. Best of all is that the variation of deck you can pull off with Plant deck is insane. Like I built 5 type of plant deck in MD and 4 of them are using Generaiders mini-engine. Generaiders is such a good plan B that even if your combo got killed entirely you can still have board to survive to another turn and make a turn around. BTW the only essential generaider core cards is Boss Stage Harr, and Hela. You can basically abuse those 3 on any deck. It's just that Plant have multiple way to summon Merdel which can search boss stage. This means I only need 1 boss stage, 1 Harr, 1 Hela, and 1 Merdel on my deck which reduce the risk of bricking.

Gotta say, for Hela she can be surprisingly flexible in any deck, not just zombies. The reason, Zombie World. Zombie World is a field spell that rips off DNA Surgery and forces all monsters on the field and in the graveyards to be zombies, with a mild floodgate effect of locking tribute summons for all but zombies. So, put Hela in the right playing field and suddenly any card you have can be hers for the taking. While it may slow down other Generaiders since they rely on their own monster types, Generaiders can still tribute other Generaiders, so I imagine it wouldn't be too much of a hit to the rest of them.

With the arrival of Vala and Laevatein the deck is even more imposing allowing for another means to get a generaider from the grave after you sacrifice it and a quick effect XYZ summon to Jormungandr to allow for your bosses to rise to the occasion.

I don't know if Sunvine Sowing has already been released when you upload video or not. But, Sonavalon engine is very helpful to make this deck more consistent. You don't even need normal summon if you get Unexpected Dai in hand. It means you have more setup for Mechaba or Hyperyton while you can summon Merdel from deck and get more Generaider cards from Boss Quest.

I find it very weird that Naglfar is both the best and slightly disappointing Boss monster. Due to the fact he slots in So well with Fire Kings as a Nasty 3100 Monster who’s ridiculously easy to summon in that effect. He’s basically the perfect Tech-Card boss when you need a boss to keep your stuff from getting Destroyed and Banished. But he can also act as a Good Restart if the opponent has your Fire-Kings on the Ropes. I mean what’s not to love when you have a boss that can destroy your own card in response to mass wipe. Just a shame that Zues exists as a bigger Counter play option.

Remember, Boss Stage's deck summon is a soft once per turn and the tokens are a hard once per turn. If you use Boss Fight or otherwise activate a new copy of Boss Stage, you can get a second deck summon (or even third if you really want) in the same turn. This can save your behind

Dammit GN, with that description now I want a gage/comedy manga where there employees have to deal with there quirky personalities. Utgarde is the type of boss that says if you can get this task done he's sure to get you that promotion and when you go to him he says there was never a signed agreement, Hela is the HR manager who makes people sweat for her own amusement, Loptr is one of the other bosses' ass-kissers that will always nose into other peoples business even stuff outside of work, etc.

Something i haven't seen been said yet that the main deck are mostly level 9 possibly due to that stage has nine orbs one for each level or boss and each orb represents a part of the tree of life simmilar to timelords and each orb on stage shows each sephirot which i thought was interesting

I'm not sure Loki's relation to fire necessarily came before his trickery and mischief. He is related to the Frost Giants, so him being a Fire god is just another such twist.

I love doing the combo with 9 lives cat Trias, and Hela. Boss Stage, Loptr effect, or World Legacy Monstrosity to get Hela and one other lv 9 on the field. Overlay Hela with another rank 9 into 9 lives, detach Hela, special summon Hela from gy, cannot be targeted with effects. tribute tokens to summon trias who is now also not targetable by card effects. makes for a frustrating first turn wall. Your next main phase detach from 9 lives, summon with 9 lives, overlay 9 lives, your second detached card, and Trias for a 3k Jormungandr. Jor effect, detach Trias. If opponent still alive, on their next main phase pop one token with Hela to resummon 9 lives, pop other 2 tokens for Trias. You now have two repeatedly summonable fodder for making XYZ summons such as Galaxy-Eyes Cypher blade into Cypher X Dragon combo, or overlay Hela + 9 Lives + Trias into Heart-eartH.

I know this is a old video but Appropriate might be a insanely good card for this deck. It states that any time your opponent draws a card outside there draw phase, draw two cards. I did this with Trickstars and them. forcing my opponent to draw cards.

Naglfar has 200 Def and Kuriboh has 300 Atk. So if summoned out by Boss Stage, there will be some time where that little fuzz ball can attack over the giant fire demon.
