DHA is an authority that means it's not under government. it's generates its own revenue and does expenditure without government expenditure, so it's like a private entity like Bahria town. If Supreme Court can fine Bahria for 500 billion Rupees for land grabbing case of Bahria town Karachi then why you didn't raise this issue of Bahria town with Supreme Court to take this public money of 117 billion rupees from DHA.
