Well good luck with that Dock Workers rarely check cargo containers and when they do they don't look past the first few rows the port inspector guys I hear are very easy to pay off. I know this because my industry is flooded with illegally imported goods.

So this is why rhino rescue is no longer available. All the test I've seen shows rhino rescue is equally as strong as NAR cats. If NAR would sell them for less that 50 a piece maybe they could compete. The Amazon specials are crap but the rhinos rescue ones are pretty legit.

But where do you draw the line between the Rhino Rescue knock offs and Temu knock offs that are "equally as strong" according to their own 'testing' or some jackleg on youtube who might be paid or has no idea how to properly test things? And then you have the QC level. Equally as strong when they work but is the failure rate 1 : 100,000 or 1 : 20? 1 in 20 is not be ideal when you are not likely to carry a backup tourniquet nor have the extra 3-4 minutes to apply the backup before you go unconscious. Equally as strong at room temp or equally as strong at -10F or 110F? Or equally as strong after countless hot / cold cycles or exposure to UV rays? LOL....something none of these "equally as strong" brands bother testing but matter real world. I'm personally fine with cheaper alternatives when it comes to life saving devices if they are backups of backups or training devices but as your only layer in a last ditch attempt to stay 6' above the soil? Probably not. If they are sold in the US they shouldn't be allowed to call themselves tourniquets or medical devices. I'm all for saving money but I'd rather spend $30 once on a TQ and save my money elsewhere. Perhaps buy your ranger tabs from Temu not Magpul if you want to save a few bucks. /end rant
