Please tell me the time that the chest seal can be on the chest? How many hours?

When you have a chest wound of this nature, the concern shouldn't be "how long can this stay on for" but rather "how fast can we get the victim to an ER" because the chest seal can stay on for days, hell weeks, but if there's internal bleeding (and there likely is) you're talking minutes, maybe an hour or two before your patient potentially succumbs to blood loss or other issues.
