After all the emotional scenes yesterday, we really didn't need Holly and Robert today. Dante and Roco were great, Jason was also great wih the kids. Alexis walking in Sam's house must have been thinking my only sane daughter is laying in the hospital dead and these two idoits arguing over nothing. I'm out of tissue, but where have these writers been, finally we are back to GH. we need more of Maxie and Spinilli with the kids. Thanks Brock have a great weekend

I think all the actors did a fantastic job on these scenes. I am so disappointed in the writing team for not only killing Sam but also wasting Kelly's talent the last few years. They could have done so much more with her character like having her work for the PCPD as a PI/CI. She could have worked with Dante on cases like Ava's stalker, which I found really interesting, but like most stories, the writers dropped it. What about Austin's murder, or helping Ned find dirt on Drew instead of some random woman with a dog, I would have liked to see that. Anyway, sorry for the rant, I hope Kelly moves on to bigger and better things in the coming future.

I feel the same way! I want Sam to move on to bigger and better things. GH wasn't using her and she brought so much to the show. They sidelined her after Billy Miller left. I will miss Samantha McCall but ready for KM to move forward. Can't wait to see what her next movie or soap opera will be. Maybe Gates will snatch her up.

Little James is in the opening credits. Well, he is a scene stealer. Holly continues to annoy. She wants insta-dad, Robert to tell Sasha to give Holly a chance? Jeez! Every time Holly tries to explain herself, she ends up sounding lamer. Alexis (to Dante): Thank you for loving my daughter. You made her so happy That was SO kind of Alexis, in the midst of all her grief, to tell Dante just how much Sam loved him. I like the way Jason broke the news to Danny and Scout. He was simple, direct and honest. I was certain that Drew would pitch a fit, cuz Jason told HIS daughter about Sam. So thank you, Drew, for behaving yourself and proving me wrong. Kristina drove me a bit nuts when she kept saying, "no, that's not true". But Molly killed me with those big eyes of hers, looking so stunned. Rocko was so sweet, telling Grandma Laura, how envious he had felt of Scout and Danny, having their mom with them. I loved Halloween night with Maxie and family! And I liked how they spoke of Aunt Georgie.

It should have 100 percent been Jason instead of Drew those kids needed to find out to together not separate Jason and drew couldn’t do that together cause they aren’t close and Jason has been there more for his child then drew has and you can argue until today when Jason brings the kids to the Qs as far as of what we seen Jason has been more with Scout then drew has last point Jason had a stronger relationship and bond with sam then drew did and one other thing is Jason can explain it better then drew and won’t lie to them

I love how the writers paid homage to Kirsten Storms playing Zenon girl of the 21st century. That was a nice reference for us that grew up in the 90s. I still feel so bad for Alexis. I hope Sam's death doesn't cause her to drink again. Sam's death is either going to bring Kristina and Molly back together or tear them further apart. I hope it's the first one. I'm ready for Holly to go to be honest with you.

I didn’t watch most of the episode, but I have two things to say: 1. I love the fact that Maxie’s daughter was wearing a xenon costume. I watched those movies when I was a kid, so that’s awesome and such a cute wink to Kirsten storms. 2. They better roll out the red carpet when it comes to Sam’s funeral. They need to make it at least two episodes and have everyone who knew Sam well speak. That means Alexis, Anna, maybe Ava, Carly, Cody, Curtis, Dante, drew, Elizabeth, Jason, Kristina, lucky, maxie, Michael, Molly, Sonny, tj, and willow all say things about their friendships and relationships with her complete with good flashbacks of their history.

There go Old Yeller and Sounder again, barking at each other without a care in the world. But I do feel bad for Molly and Kristina- they loved their sister and they're devastated like everyone else. Poor Dante, Rocco, Danny, and Scout- yeah I do hope Drew slimy-ass stop chasing Willow and be there for his daughter. Yeah, everyone brought the house down with their acting- as sad as it is when a character dies, it's where the actors really bring their A-game and everyone killed it.

Yes, they all brought it! Don’t know Rocco’s real name, but he is good, too. I think Jason will step for both kids because he did it before when Sam was sentenced to two years in prison. He took care of Danny and Scout. I felt for Dante and I cried for the Dumb Davis Girls. W wish they would behave like women. When Crew was with Sam, he was a family man (played by Billy Miller). Cameron’s Drew is a selfish somebody and I think he’s going to dump her on someone as soon as he can. If he wins, he, Nina and Scout can go to D.C. He’s messed up so much, I doubt it. He’s too busy breaking up his nephew’s marriage and still playing bed buddies with Nina. Alexis sounded like she wasn’t playing with Laura. I hope Danny & Scout don’t get broken apart. They need each other more now.

Jason should not have had to bring Drew's daughter to him. He was too focused on comparing Sam to Carly and didn't even take his daughter to see her mother before the surgery. Instead, he was preoccupied with trying to salvage his reputation, which he had already damaged while dealing with his nephew's wife. He was too busy paying off people to keep quiet about what they knew.

Hey Brock Hey hey everybody, Ugh, so (for me) the ugly crying was back with a vengeance…😢🥺😢 I’m actually glad it’s Friday because I don’t think I could take anymore after today’s episode ended. I honestly don’t even understand why they had the interruptions of Holly / Robert & Maxi/Spinelli/the kids because all it did was give me momentary reprieves to go blow my nose before the heatBREAKINGLY well acted content that was Dante & Rocko’s reaction, Dante saying goodbye at Sam’s bedside, Jason tellin the kids oh good LORD…and of course Nancy Lee Graun/Alexis first telling (& tryina comfort Dante) & then tellin thing one & two aka Kristina & Molly & watching that actually sink in for them.😔 Ugh..emmys ALL AROUND next award season or I’m gon loose my 💩. If you got through today’s episode without getting choked up, teary eyed or just breaking down crying (like I did)…. I question your fandom because one of the marks of a good Tv show, of good writing, of good/GREAT acting is fan attachment to the characters we see develop over time. Over the years GH has had Sam McCall go to hell & back & then some & love it or hate it Kelly Manaco delivered EVERY F’ING time. She was supposed to be part of the cast that inherited GH when all the OG’s like Luke & Laura, Robert, Holly, Anna, Edward, MONICA etc.. (sidebar somebody please tell me why SHE-Monica Q…is still on the payroll even though it’s highly unlikely she’ll be back smh🙂‍↔️🤷🏽‍♀️🙂‍↔️) left for good/got killed off. She (Sam/Kelly) deserved better & I pray that she’s blessed with better however her journey (post GH) continues. 💯💯💯 I was annoyed with his scenes with Carly with all the unnecessary comparisons & this will probably be the ONLY time I type this….but I wholeheartedly agreed with Drew today when he said… “It wasn’t supposed to end like this.” ***deep heavy hearted sigh*** 😔 Anyway, Brock, yesterday (I think🤔) you said watching was tough (understatement of the WEEK btw🙂‍↔️). GH can always find a way to bring people back, lol. Luke hit Liz's son with his car and killed him. Then they gave his organs to Josslyn in a transplant. But today all of Liz's kids are alive. Lucky brought him back when they escaped from the Cassadines and now it was Nelle (Nina's daughter, Willow's twin) who did the transplant in a major history rewrite.

Hi Brock, how are you? Nice opening sequence. Spinelli told Georgie DON'T BE IN SUCH A HURRY TO GROW UP. OTHERWISE Spinaxie will be grandparents, and Mac and Felicia will be great grandparents. Holly told Robert the real reason she didn't tell him the truth about Sasha. He doesn't hate her, but it's unforgivable. Dante told Sonny that he blames himself for Sam's death. Sonny told him it wasn't his fault. I smell a feud between Laura and Alexis. They're Kristina and Molly fighting like 2 🐈 😻 in a back alley until Alexis told them to SHUT UP. Molly broke down and 😢 but Kristina was in denial. Now would be a good 🌃 for those 2 to kiss and make up. I felt bad for Danny and especially Scout. Drew's too busy trying to get in Willow's pants, while getting in Nina's pants. Jason has a better shot of acting like a father.

So Melinda from soap dirt said that Cyrus is the one that killed Sam that he gave her digitalis which is you can’t detect it if they do an autopsy, they can say what looks like digitalis poisoning, but they can’t find digitalis in the blood. I think I think that’s what she was saying.

I listen to that Soap Dirt with Belynda podcast too. You're right. Belynda suspects Cyrus of tampering with Lulu's ventilator and feeding Digitalis to kill Sam. Dante's little family is going to disperse. The kids are all going to be separated and its so sad. This new Molly is a fantastic actress. Her facial expression said everything. Alexis isn't finished with Laura yet not by a long shot. I have a feeling Alexis is going to go off on Laura like Maxie did Felicia at Georgie's funeral. Dante was truly in love with Sam. The fallout from this is going to be a mess.

As a long time Laura fan, she is going to get some fallout from her actions these last few months... Esme over Spencer, FREAKING HEATHER, and unbelievably Cyrus.... Laura has some 'splaining to do. Laura is the one, the only one, that allowed Cyrus, the man who is responsible for putting Lulu in a coma, full access to her. Dante did ask the nurses to monitor who comes in and out of her room. While Laura sat there and "prayed" with that demon!!! I'm surprised that the writers haven't inflicted Cyrus onto poor Sasha yet... Considering everything he did to her....

Didn't really care for the holly & robert scenes talking about sasha holly thinking?? Herself like always....& they having they flashbacks at all. Them I really felt for dante when he heard that news that sam 😭 died & with his son rocco too? I really felt for him 😪 man. Love the scenes between dante & sonny when they was talking about sam being dead & both of them giving eachothers hugs 🫂. Them I know it was hard for jason to tell both danny & scout that there mom died 😢 in the hospital 🏥. & jason giving them a hugs. Good that carly told drew that sam died but drew wasn't even crying was just shocked 😳 😐 but everybody is different I guess. Maxie daughter think she's grown because she's to old for trick and treating 🙄😂. But then changed her mind & became Zenon from the movie on Disney Channel 😆🤣 & her momma maxie reaction too love those scenes between spinelli, maxie, & the kids. Danny is a good big brother to Scout. It's easy to tell he cares about her. I hope Drew doesn't separate them. Drew is so selfish that he can't know what Scout needs. That poor sweet little girl. She needs to stay wherever Danny lives. Whether its with Dante & Rocco, Jason, the Quartermaines or Alexis. Even Molly and T.J. would be better than Drew. Having Scout and making a family for her might get them to settle down and stop fighting & compaining. Molly wouldn't have time to bicker with Kristina. T.J.'s family would be great for her. Jordan & Stella would really be good for her. Just don't leave her with that smug selfish Drew!

Great suggestions! I first felt the kids should go to their perspective dads. But these kids don't need to be separated. I think Emily is going to have a very touch time and need a female. If the kids were separated, it would be too traumatic for them. I think Sam would want them to stay together. This is something Drew & Jason have to discuss. I honestly can't see anyone but Jason raising Danny. This is going to be something else.

Well this episode was a lot. I lost my mom at a young age and when Jason told Danny and Scout whew …….😭😭😭. Now Drew gonna have to figure something out bc he can’t leave Scout while he’s campaigning. And I know Scout and Danny are going to want to be together. I figure Jason will move into his old place/Sam’s home so Danny isn’t uprooted. Moving in with the Q’s full time may be a little much for Scout.

I think killing off Sam has been a real boost to the show tbh. Finally, something happened that mattered and it’s not really a huge loss, Sam was a back burner character for years (and facts, a lot of that was due to KM’a outright refusal to do a real Jasam reunion, it was her choice to kill the supercouple that made her relevant, so miss me with all her victimhood and whining about being back-burnered, pfffft she put herself there).

The writers could have given her better storylines over the years. There is life after Jason and the way Sam was put on the "backburner" wasn't right. MB didn't want to work with LW anymore but was Carly put on the backburner? No, she had relevant stories.
