The writings having Sonny use a car bomb to kill anyone never makes sense to me. His first wife and their unborn child died in a car bomb meant for Sonny. His character (the character he was before recent actions with Nina) should have been smart enough to know a car bomb doesn't always will the intended victim.

LA where the studio is us still shut down. From what ive heard production isnt expected to resume until end of july begining of August.

unfortunately they haven't resumed production, although California gave the stste the go ahead to resume tv/film production LA wasn't part of the approval because they're still having increases in covid-19 cases! Once things stabilized they have to wait 14 days for things to remain stable then they can resume? However they have to follow the new guidelines implemented and who knows what those will be and what they will entail? Once production resumes it's a minimum of 4-6 weeks before anything would air? So it will be at least mid to late August before we see anything new? I think August is even a stretch? Maybe mid late September early August :)
