General Hospital: Luke Finds Out Lulu is Pregnant

9-6-2006- After finding out from Sonny that Lulu is pregnant, Luke heads over to the Quartermaines. He arrives just in time to stop her from signing full custody over to the Quartermaines.

Considering everything she was going through at the time, Lulu showed so much strength. Teen pregnancy is a topic that's still very relevant today. Great storyline, great writing, great acting by Julie Berman, Jane Elliott, Maurice Benard, Laura Wright, & of course Anthony Geary. This was when GH was at it's best😔. Things are a lot different now in Port Charles. Most of the Quartermaine's are all gone now.. aside from the younger generation. Even the Quartermaine mansion is almost unrecognizable from all the changes or remodeling. It's pretty much a daycare center for all of Monica & Alan's grandchildren/great-grandchildren lol. Thank God for Tracy & Jason, though. Fortunately, Tracy's still around to keep everyone on their toes & to put people in their place if/when they get outta line. Tracy is the OG of the Quartermaine Family.. & Port Charles/GH, in my opinion. She's gotten more beautiful with age, as well.. I love seeing Tracy with the gray, long hair. I guess Tracy, Jason, Michael, Ned, & the few other Quartermaine's that are left will have to keep the Quartermaine legacy alive. I miss past GH.. when GH was actually good 😔

Luke NEVER regretted having Lulu. He was thrilled with his children. Of course that was when the love of his life was around.

Exactly. Luke certainly isn't your average/typical father, but he loved his daughter. I find it so sad that Lulu once believed that Luke didn't want her, because that is so far from the truth.

I agree that it's up to the girl or woman what to do. I wouldn't ever do it but I wouldn't tell someone not to do it . I am 82 years old and I was married for 50+ years. We had 5 children welcomed with love, 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Our circumstances were different. We were deeply in love. We had finished college and had our careers. We waited to have our children. That's not the case here so it's up to Lulu and her dad standing up with her. Who am I to disagree with her decision?

Lulu has 2 children.. Charlotte & Rocco. The abortion didn't prevent her from conceiving or birthing children. Having the abortion was Lulu's choice.. it's that simple
