General Info 5: Types of Mounting Options for Security Lights

Recessed Mounting Box Internal Option (Residential or Commercial):
Mount over a recessed box with RTV silicone caulk around the outer edge of the canopy.
Service Mounting Box External Option (Residential Only):
Use the foam rubber gasket that was included with the unit. It goes between the lighting unit and the service mount box. This will protect the unit from external conditions.
