General Manoj Pande retires after 26-month tenure as Army Chief

Outgoing Army Chief Gen Manoj Pande lays a wreath at the National War Memorial. He retired Sunday after a 26-month tenure as Army Chief. Gen Pande received a Guard of Honour on his last day in office.
