I'm at work, so I can't listen to what you're talking about, but I think the part you're talking about is actually Sweetie Belle layered over the top. I put her through Newtone in FL Studio, where you can do some simple pitch-bending if you find a tutorial or play around. Also the sample of her (which starts on the word "sleepy") fades in from the beginning, so that the "sleepy" is a lot quieter than the "head". Hope that helped!
