I do not agree with Samuel Kasozi on the issue of Charles Peter Mayiga, even the so-called "good" things that he has done were just to appease public opinion.. but behind the scenes, he has FLEECED Buganda to the maximum and it is something that was on script. CPM together with the kakamega.. right from when he was the secretary to the Ssabataka Supreme Council(SSC) they had their script, he played along and has also gone the extra mile to steal for himself. Samuel, for example, let me ask you... would you consider the failure to complete the masiro on time even after receiving loads of funds as something of an error? ..nope, that is broad-day theft. I was actually disappointed about what the kabaka said about the katikkiro, it is that indecisiveness of the kabaka that has made the grandson of Nyiramabone so emboldened to the extent of bragging nti ye yategererera Kabaka....
