Edelweiss is important to grab because you use it to unlock the battles/dungeon for other events. Skill guide levels up any skill. It helps for the Memoria's exclusive skill if you use it a lot. The skill normally goes up with leveling and other factors I'm not totally sure of, but the Skill guide is the shortcut to leveling it fast. Just in case, the grey upgrade material (Some Style name) is used to unlock the skills for the units in the Exchange shop. Look at the skill for the free unit to decide if you want to invest in it. Unlocking it means you can use the skill for that character, so you can use the skill for an SS version if you're using the same character.

It’s sucks that Inori event doesn’t tokens 3x drops I stopped because it takes ages to farm them

Thanks for the guide. I didn't have time to do some of the events that popped up, so I missed out on the bonus for a few of them. I'm just trying to play casually, but all the time expirations of stuff like that makes it a bit disappointing from my perspective. I don't think that reversion material is my #1 priority since I've only reverted a few characters and I have enough to revert about 5 more. Protean would be good because I hit the limit on a few characters I use. F2P.

I just completed Chapter 1 and have events unlocked and confused weather I should start Chapter 2 now or complete Ch1 clear events available

I would highly suggest you to finish the mari side event (ch1 clear events) first, the kindness one. This event directly happens after chapter 1 so it would be better if you complete that first. After that you may play chapter 2, or tried out other events. I myself play chapter 2 after finishing the mari's side event.
