General Trees is doing very well after suffering two strokes in recent years. Though not 100% his recovery has been progressing extremely well.

Teach Dem, thank you, thank you, thank you so much for having the (real general) on the show, General Trees is my first musical idol... this is the first time watching a Teach Dem interview where I got so emotional... 😭when hearing the General talk about how Jack dealt with him on the business part of the music I couldn't help but shed some tear knowing how huge the General songs was as a youth growing up; he was the man for many years, artists use to fear the General and that's not a joke talk. I watch this man shell down stage shows and dancehall like no other.. I have him as 1 of the greatest to ever do dancehall/reggae music 🎶. Salute mi General 🙌.

Ur video's need to be put in the archives. Cultural minister or whoever need to get on dis. Dis amazing history is akin to the America music history. Priceless. I hope his immediate family is supporting him cause his past associates fave him a raw deal. We need a jamaican music museum period.
