All I know is that Maxie is a colossal twit and always has been. I have been a HUGE fan of iconic supercouple Frisco and Felicia since 1984, but I am eternally grateful that Jack Wagner ditched the show way back in the early 90s whenever I am unpleasantly reminded that this heifer is supposed to be the spawn of legendary WSB agent Frisco Jones lol. Thankfully, I can get around this insult as a fan by reminding myself Frisco had zero to do with Maxie's upbringing. The fool she has become is 1000% on Mac :)

This is really going to bite Anna and Maxie. I get that they want to believe he is a changed man. While yes, I also understand Peter wants to leave his past behind, and be given a chance at happiness and being a better person, it’s not going to happen, with all the lies and scheming. He is in a sense, blind to his own wrongdoings. He knows it’s wrong but he tries to justify his actions. It’s actually similar to Valentin. The ends justify the means. He is a coward. That’s definitely not the kind of man Maxie wants. The men she had been with mainly have one thing in common. They were courageous, which also was what ended up getting them killed. But at least they were not cowards. Peter is a coward. That is why, even without this secret, I doubt it would work out between them, unless he becomes otherwise. As for Anna, she is so desperate that she does not even realize the person she is becoming. It’s enabling, and enablers don’t make great parents. Granted she never really raised Robin as much as she should have, which could also explain the lack in stern parenting skills. She never had to ground or punish Robin, at least not that I know of, for certain wrongdoings. Then again, Robin had Mac. Now obviously as an adult, Robin never had to receive such stern disciplinary actions. But Peter was an opportunity, even though he is an adult, to be the proper parent. And the first chance to act as a much needed stern parent, she caves. I get that she feels guilty, but she will feel worse once she realizes that she’s let him down. Granted he may not feel she let him down at the moment, but she should feel that.
