This show has been trashing its veteran characters for decades smh. The beginning was Crazy Tony and AJ being treated as nothing more than “the loser drunk” to prop the unholy mob trinity. Then, it really went off the rails when Rick Webber returned as an entirely different character in 2002.

I know spinelli stepped in here from georgies new friend to maxie than they became soul mates or whatever but I never forgave the show when jj came back for not pairing him and maxie up. Plus it would have been adorable as little maxie had a crush on little lucky. Plus jj played him as a child . I dont think any children of soaps have ever been paired up as adults later on. Please dont say robin & jason bc he wasnt jason q and ironically child jason was much younger than child robin on the show. Also when jj came back too bad they didnt recast greg v as coops brother they looked so much alike just like jason & sean Kanans aj. The hot look alike brother thing is so great when u find it. On oltl they never tried to do much with brothers kevin & joey . Maybe they could have cast greg and the actor playing cooper. They both were sacked at the same time. God greg was so hot on Beverly Hills 90210 & charmed . Wowzers. Kirsten really should have won an emmy for her work here

Mac should have neen sued so many times for false arrest, etc. He acted out of pure emotion, with no proof, and was never able to be a rational police commissioner. He even arrested Patrick for no reason other than he was mad at him about what happened with Robin.He made the role so unrealistic. They should have kept him as a bartender.
