As someone who hasn't seen gh in year this was weird af to see sonnie and rocko in a scene talking about sams death like Sam wasn't with his father sonnie even had a baby with sonnie before getting with the son Dante and he talking to sonnie about his family with Sam like sonnie didn't once have one with the same woman who was about to become his daughter in law. The same lady that has a family with his best friend jason as well it's just so awkward to wrap my head around

I had an entire diatribe typed then my finger slipped. The signs of the universe wanting me to keep it simple. So here goes. I like these scenes with Dante and Sonny. I like how the writers refer the kids as “your kids” Because that’s exactly what Dante has been- the best father Scout or Danny could ask for. Keep it that way. Dante is the honorable cop. And loving Dad who stepped up when Drew and Jason failed. The character assasination of Drew and Willow-all for the sake of plot and budget cuts--is just one angle of the business I do not like. Especially when it’s so out of character. But it’s done. Willow and Drew will be facing Michael’s wrath along with Ned because they all knew and nobody told him. The pedestal once is knocked down I don’t see how Willow rises again. I don’t see Drew on the show much longer. But that’s the business. Respectfully yours.

I suggest Jason and Dante move into the PH together in honour of Sam and they can parent the three kids together and co-live 😂.... that has not been seen on GH before! That way the Sante family isn't broken up and Danny can still see his Dad. No one cares about creepy Drew.

Our Fair Samantha Did Everything She Could Too Help Dante's Family But Especially His Son Rocco And That Actually Counts For Everything Because Samantha Was Like A Savior Too Dante And She Was Our Rock. Lulu has been comatose for years, that's not a mother. Sam filled a hole Rocco had in his heart. Dante has been taking care of her kids and Rocco so yes he has three kids. They are a family.

I don't care if she was comatose or not. Lulu is still his mother. Rocco even said as much when he was talking to laura in the chapel. He said he's grateful to sam and he cares about her but he still wants his mom, which is lulu

The writing is off because Danny and Scout lived with Sam and Dante, Drew and Jason just came back into those kids lives so Dante would be more of a father figure to them and yet they haven’t even seen Dante since Sam’s death, they just been carted off to their bio dads, both of whom have complicated lives that doesn’t put their kids first. That's because soaps are obsessed with bloodlines and care little for found family even when they write it. As soon as the biological whatever shows up they drop the actual caretakers like a hot potato. Except when it's Sonny of course, he can hang AJ on a meat hook and force him to sign over his kid to him! I agree those two tossers don't deserve to Scout and Danny., they should be with their step father and step sibling Rocco.

Okay. This is starting to be overkill (no pun intended), now. DANTE’ and SAM dated for all of two years. Yes. She made quite an impact. But he is acting like LULU wasn’t a Mother to ROCCO for most of his life, and a good and faithful wife. (As much as he would let her. Even tho he cheated on her, and then he went missing, and came home with PTSD. And it was DANTE’ who left her, thinking it was for her own good.) No shade to SAM. I just wish they would stop dragging her departure out like this. It is emotionally draining.😢

Sam and Dante became a couple during the summer of 2021 and first slept together Thanksgiving 2021.....so it was three years. But I do not think it was meant to take away from Lulu's impact as Rocco's mother. But I get the sentiment. For years people go on and on about Tracey 'raising' Lulu when she only entered Lulu's life when Lulu was 17 going on 18. Before that Lulu was raised by Leslie and before Laura before that.

The thing that bothers me is how you very rarely saw Sam and Dante at home with “ their kids” and now it’s how Sam did this and Sam did that with the kids ex making cookies with Scout or Helping Danny with his schoolwork or having a goofy handshake 🤝 with Rocco ! Oh, I remember, it was one of the things that creeped me out about Dante and Sam as a couple. That and all the close blood relatives that they share (Kristina, Molly, Leo, Spencer, Avery and Sam's deceased daughter Lila). The idea that you could compare your current boyfriend with his father or sleeping with your deceased daughter's half brother was ick to me. I didn't think they were a bad couple but there were certain things that I could never forget.
