For anyone wondering why they aren't showing up for you; they only spawn in the levels pre determined by the "eye spy" weekly challenge. They will only appear in the levels listed in the challenge description, and alternate every time the challenge resets.

Week of Nov. 9 2022, Moa 1, 2, and 4 on Nightfall are spawned. Easy to get with playlist progression and completing missions under 20 min.

Mine doesn't show up in the fireplace on Winter Contingency. Challenge hub says Winter Contingency is a valid map. Tried on both heroic and legendary difficulties.
