still not clear how I base 3phase has square roots of 3 in denominator when Vbase is already V L-L ?

Hi Lam, Here's another way to understand it: As you know, from the equations given in the video, we can also write the equation of power (Sbase) as ; Sbase= √3*Vll*IL From the above equation if we divide Sbase with √3 and Vll (Line to line voltage, then we can have IL (line current), that is: IL=Sbase/( √3*Vll) And, as we know: Vll= Vbase IL= Ibase The above equation becomes: Ibase=Sbase/( √3*Vbase) Hope you find it useful.
