Congratulations on an excellent explanation of the admittance matrix using a simple example which I shall use in teaching my classes! Many power system textbooks can be quite impenetrable but this is really clear. Well done!

What if the transmission line is short?

Hey Afnan, The shunt admittance (Line Charging Capacitance) mentioned at 0:42 in the video would be ignored since this parameter is negligible and is not considered in Short Transmission Line Model. The rest of the working model would be same.
