Great video, well explained! However, I was wondering: what is the range to be considered a good R square value? (so that you know that your standard curve is good enough to use it to calculate unknown protein concentrations?) Also, regarding the displayed equation y=mx+b, does b (or m) have to have a specific value too to consider it to be a good standard curve? Thank you very much!

I have standard curve also for the same drug. I have used D-glucose and the process is In Vitro Reverse Iontophoresis Process. Now I'm struggling to find the other value. What I want to calculate: Extracted glucose Concentration (µM), Concentration for receptor chamber (µgm), Cumulative amount(µg), Glucose flux extracted(nmole cm−2 h−1), steady state flux, cumulative penetration for each sampling time.
