As someone who’s gone through infertility and now pregnant from doing IVF, please do your research now if you’re even contemplating it. I’m 29 and tried for over 4 years despite all my tests and bloodwork all coming back normal. I’m an unexplained case and this was the hardest thing I’ve been through. Definitely get some preliminary testing done now. Wishing you all the best ❤

As for the girl who passed away that you dreamed about Remi, don’t worry about over stepping some boundaries if you want to connect with her family ever. It could be as simple as “hey, i went to high school with your daughter and i had a dream about her recently that touched me and made me think of her.” Even if they react weird or whatever, chances are they want to know that she’s still thought of in any way. As someone who lost literally all of their immediate family before i was 19 (mom, dad and brother) sometimes it feels like the world forgot about them. It’s easy to cope and say “life will go on” but they should be remembered too. Especially people lost early.

one of my childhood friends and classmates went missing and was found dead in the river 2 weeks before our graduation. our birthdays are next week, he would have been 21. still hard coming to terms that he is really gone and lost out on so much life. grief is such a hard thing and never really goes away!

Just this morning I was thinking how life is really scary, not just people that we love but also pets that pass away. Right now a handful of people that I know are grieving in some way or another and I feel bad that I've been fortunate enough to not have experienced grieve just yet in my twenties. But hearing Alisha say that she also hasn't really gone through it definitely is comforting and even though we haven't personally gone through it, it doesn't mean we can't be there for others who have.

We lost a family friend a while ago to mental health problems. When I was in middle school at the time and I had to pass the place where passed ever day to get to school. The feeling doesn't go away it hurts still but this thinking that they are in a better place makes everything better. The one thing about people dying would be I feel so bad for my grandpa he has attended so many of his friends funerals that when his comes along he won't have any friends to attend it. His doctor tells him he is so healthy to so I know it must be hard for him. To attend all of those funerals.

Apparently the study that is the foundation of the thought that fertility decrease significantly in women at 30 was made on women in the 16TH CENTURY France. The study was picked up by Times magazine in the 90's and it became the narrative. When you look at more recent studies, fertility doesn't really go down until your 40's which is crazy considering the amount of stress that are put on women. ALSO, my sister went to get an egg count, got bad news so decided to freeze her eggs. She stopped her contraceptive to do the procedure and got pregnant straight away. She now has two children. Point is, don't let society freak you out!

Alisha & Remiiii! Help! I so badly want the guys to know this but I don’t think anyone is seeing my comments! I left a longer detailed story on the patreon comments and I also DM’d Mariah! But my now husband and I met in 2018 on freaking badoo/hot or not! I downloaded the app because of them because I was so confused that they were the same thing, first person that popped up was John, I took a screenshot and sent it to my friend and said “woah this guys hot”, decided just for giggles to swipe on him and then closed the app, not thinking anything of it. He, obviously, swiped back :) I audibly gasped. Yesterday was our 2 yr wedding anniversary, and we celebrated with our 1 year old daughter ❤️🥰 Ze-he & He-ho the match makers 😅

To me, medical terms are really frequently misused and misunderstood by non-medical professionals. Geriatric pregnancy is just an unfortunate name for it😆. Most high risk pregnancies are not much more risky than any other, but that extra monitoring is totally worth it ❤️. I was one of those mamas that needed that and it didn’t make me any more nervous because I understood it was still really unlikely to go wrong.

I mean, if we take things back to nature and how humans have lived since existence, we’re meant to have kids as young as 10-14. When we get our periods that’s our body telling us we can carry a child now and can/should start reproducing. I said should in a sense of reproductive instincts. However in modern society and with money now involved, it’s not that simple. We’re expected to wait until we have financial stability and a support system and doctor visits and the newest cribs and strollers and a child safe car, etc. But back in the day we were just throwing our baby’s on our shoulders while we scavenged for food. Look at the way monkeys and apes care for their kids. I’m sure humans modeled something similarly. Yah we still probably had the family support but didn’t have the fancy stuff. Kids played with rocks and dirt and ate little things off the ground to learn what’s food and what isn’t. Today that’s frowned upon. We also probably have less deaths tho, but honestly the population needs to stop growing for the sake of our planet anyways. We go through menopause at 40-50 but humans were never intended to live this long. That’s why our health declines so much at 30-40. That’s why our brains start forgetting things and our body’s start attacking themselves and shutting down. We’re meant to die from nature, not old age. Predators, illness, eating the wrong berries, starvation, dehydration, death during childbirth, etc. just like all the wild animals around us. We’re essentially cheating the system. I genuinely believe if gods real that he never intended for us to become this smart. I think he’s tried to take us out a couple of times and start new but he failed bcs we were already too advanced. We as humans will never be completely wiped out and able to start new again bcs the rich will always have bunkers and food. The worst of the worst, the cockroaches of the human race, if you will, will always survive. And we’re gonna wipe out all things good from this planet. If you think about medicines, they mostly all come from plants, our foods and vitamins that we need all come from the earth. We were given everything we’d ever need to live and survive the way we were meant to. But we mentally advanced too much. We made fire and weapons and used it to oppress other animals on the food chain and become the top predator. Pretty fucked up if you think about it. What makes us better or more deserving? What makes us different? Nothing. Just our egos.
