Also!!! It may not be your shoes/heels. It can also be a type of foot pain that you'll experience. It may just heighten during these events, but also still be there during your day to day life. Some examples could be plantar fasciitis, osteoarthritis, etc. Nothing a little physical therapy can't fix. But this might be a good thing to look into as well.

I am 5’2 and my husband is 6’4, my nonnegotiable for our wedding day was that I was wearing flip flops and I felt great about it! Please wear sneakers or flats on your big day to be fully present!💕

Rem, I’m a plus size /wide footed girly too and I ALWAYS have anxiety about wearing heels. I’ve come to the point where I only wear heels now that I’ve tried and broken in and I always bring flats with me, no matter where I go. You’re totally not alone!

remi - i really felt your shoe conversation! not exactly the same but i’ve always hated heels and never wear them but then i always feel insecure and like people are judging me. on a much smaller scale… i was stressing leading up to my wedding because i didn’t want to wear heels. i ended up wearing sneakers! and it was awesome and everyone loved them! wear what you’re comfortable in and it’ll inspire people to do the same. you’re awesome!!

Remi, I completely get the shoe thing. I cannot wear heels, even if my feet don't hurt yet, I feel so out of place walking around that I get super self conscious in them. Girl I get the EXACT same way with the shoes. It’s just not worth it. Ditch the heels. Or find something in a kitten heel or something to change into. It’s more important to just have fun and not worry about the pain. ❤

I am 5'3'' and the same way with heels. Remi you should try on some pointed toe flats. Since we are shorter pointy toe just looks more flattering and elongating. There are some really pretty ones that are kinda meant for weddings but they would look so good for carpet events.

*PRO* tip. I take advil right when I put on my heels to help with the inflammation and pain that I know will come- obviously not a complete cure but does help a lot

I feel like Remi needs to try different heel shapes to see which ones will actually support you and give you the look you want without the pain. Try the smaller heel heights but not a stiletto/thin heel. Doing a chunky heel or one of the curved heels or even a wedge heel is something that distributes weight differently. Also something with a bit of a overall platform so it raises you up without putting all of your weight on your toes is also super helpful for me at least. I've also learned to not use those clear gel inserts... I agree with Remi for me those are painful as all get out. I prefer the foam versions of the inserts, those actually provide me some comfort and a little bit extra cushion.

Remi - I was SCREAMING through the screen "I FEEL THE SAME WAY - I WISH I COULD VALIDATE YOU!" Hoping I can validate in two ways - (1) with feelings & (2) with science. feelings.... Not sure if this resonates with you or anyone else in the PB community - but for me it's not about the shoes or even the actual pain - it's about how ostracizing it can feel that every one of my friends (who live in smaller bodies) that I'm out with has the *choice* to take their shoes off, but I *have to* in order to have normal thoughts not about passing out. It can be hard for my friends to relate because they "have worn heels where their feet hurt" and they equate uncomfortable with what I'm trying to explain is unbearable. I cried about this exact sentiment after a close friends wedding where I couldn't make it through the 30 min standing-only cocktail hour. science.... allow me to take us back to high school physics class for a moment. Pressure = Force x Area For example - I live a larger body than my friend. In the equation, my weight/mass is the "force" and the tiny-ass heel of the shoe is the "area" = amounts to a certain amount of pressure. If my friend who lives in a smaller body wears the SAME exact shoes, the pressure will scientifically be much less because the "force" is less in this equation. To address this, I've found creative heels that have a wider "toe" area and as large of a heel as I feel goes with the outfit. More area in the heel = less pressure per unit of area. We love and appreciate your EXPERIENCE and COMFORT so much more than you conforming to a certain “look/style”. As a wide foot, wide calf, heavy set girl…I would rather see you wear a pair of sparkly ankle boots/wedges with proper support than some thin strappy heels! As an older Asian wide feet girlie, I have to say that you should stop torturing your feet, cause it could just lead to other problems. I used to wear heels all the time, then had a Morton's necromancer, several bouts of plantar fasciitis (which lasted months) and I have arthritis in the top of my left foot. I'm sure this is from squishing my feet into shies too narrow for me. If you need to wear heels, at rhe very least go with actual wide width shoes, and styles that don't squeeze across the wide part of your foot. Good luck!

What makes the story as a whole the book the play the movie is it’s like a Tarantino movie it’s like 300 sequel it’s like lion king 1 and a half the Timon and pumba pov this is basically it’s own genre it was done very well it felt like watching Wednesday part 2 is when we start getting into Dorothy and Toto and the story every one knows so it will be way easier for people to get into part 2 but there is enough here for fans of the Dorothy movie

I’ll put it to you this way this movie felt so much like Wednesday they could have added Jenna Ortega and her best friend and roommate into the movie where they were singing popular Wednesday and her friend could have busted into the room started singing then realized they were in the wrong school and location and left and it would have worked i never once went this is like Harry Potter because it’s nothing close to hogwarts or Harry Potter at all
