My theory is that despite Fetch's skills and power, Delsin absorbing the powers of other conduits weakens them for a short while which is why he's capable of defeating both Fetch and Augustine despite having far more experience and time to develop their powers that him. He's not just absorbing their elemental energy, but energy directly from their conduit genes which means their powers wouldn't be at full strength.

Do you know there's an Infamous 1 Easter egg here? Delsin gained neon bolt from absorbing a lot of neon energy like when Cole absorbed enough electricity, he gained a new power as conduits can develop new powers when absorbing large amounts of their element.

I just played this boss fight today, I like it, tho it could kind of go with out the need of absorbing the nine Neon Signs, all the while Fetch is littary taking pot shots at you from all areas, I lost two times on that part, and man it was frustrating!

Fun fact: Delsin has to train his abilities just like any other conduit in order to use them to their full potential, for some reason everyone forgets that and just assumes he only gets a fraction of their power. For example when Delsin asked Eugene to teach him how to turn into a giant angel he told him he isn’t worthy of it, Core relays are just a shortcut to new powers NO conduit can use full power when they just unlock their abilities we LITERALLY see the training Fetch had to go through for YEARS just to get to where she is, how did Delsin beat her then you ask? He not only absorbs their power and memories tied too them he also leaves them in a weakened state for a while after doing so. Delsin can master any power he absorbs but he’ll either have to drain a ton of core relays or just train them like everyone else does, he’s literally the Sucked punch version of Rogue from X-men except he can control when he takes powers and based off certain comments he made he can possibly control how much of it he can absorb.

here's my advice for you, clear the area first before doing mission, because those DUP would annoyed you when you tried to do your mission peacefully. that's what i did was i cleared all of mainland seattle district to 0% DUP controlled before starting my second mission.

I refuse to call this fight a boss battle. You hide behind neon signs and hit Fetch who's health is garbage so each attack practically decimates her. I love this game but some of the boss fights were so easy it hurt. I played it on both normal and expert and I was still kinda disappointed by how easy this game is. I'm not trying to sound like I'm the god of all gamers or anything, but Uncharted 4 was harder than this game and Uncharted 4 is terribly easy. I love this game so much just if they made the boss battles a little harder, it'd make this game a lot better to me.

I S A A C No I played on hard, and unfortunately the rest the game isn't much harder boss battle wise. It just scatters more enemies on the rooftops, and the boss battles stay the exact same, from what I can tell. Which isn't bad, not all games have to be Bloodborne or Dark Souls, but I think it would've been refreshing to have a challenge so the game itself was longer.

I think this game is hard to make boss fights for. You'd have to make them all as grand in scale as the end boss, which would get old fast. Better to make some easy but cinematic and involving bosses.

In inFamous: Second Sun, you can only play as Delsin. In inFamous: First Light, a PlayStation Network game you can get on the PlayStation Store, you play as Fetch mainly in the story, but in the Arena Challenges, you also play as Fetch, but if you have inFamous: Second Sun installed on your PS4 along with the game's save data, you can also play as Delsin, but only in Arena Challenges. First Light is the prequel to Second Son, taking place years before the events of Second Son. So yes, they meet in Second Son.

As a long time inFAMOUS fan and a Cole-Lover, he does come off as a little shit in the beginning and only gets worse when you take the evil route. However, when you play good, he matures up a lot towards the end, Especially after Reggie's death.

Delsin literally has the same powers as Rogue from X-Men but instead can permanently copy the person powers for him to use. Raymond Wolfe was little bit frighten of Delsin’s power in his dialogue. Due to him eventually and possibly having all the powers of all conduits in the world.
