It looked like a 1/2 ton (1500) from what I could tell in the video, although I believe on their website this unit is recomended for 3/4 ton and 1 ton trucks

Does the Pump have or need a bypass when it's running but not spraying, for example, when switching from boom to hose reel, the pumps are running full speed but the liquid is not moving. If left in this state for too long, will it damage the pumps? I expect that these pumps are not cheap to replace... Thanks!

The pumps used on these sprayers are diaphragm pumps, which can be deadheaded without damage!

We have a 500 gallon unit with the same features as well as a power front that can connect to a tote or other size tank.

Ted, it does not self load like the Legacy units do. Unfortunately this pump is not capable of that. You would need an auxiliary pump to fill this unit.
