I think people overlook that these guys had a great sense of humor. While they were amazingly talented musicians they had fun with it all. This is a rocking tune, but at it's heart....it's comic relief.Same with Jesus He Loves Me. I love this band.I get the feeling people want 'prog' musicians to be serious.I think silly is good sometimes.

Genesis was one of the best bands of all times. Phil Collins was one of the hugest entertainers of all time. Went to a few of his concerts I raised my kids on Genesis and Phil Collins. Including all genres of music. To this day if a Phil Collins song comes on the whole family sings along. Crazy to think this is the same guy that gave us the Tarzan soundtrack, that sick drum fill in “in the air tonight”, plus the song it’s self is pretty good, the greatest cover of the “can’t hurry love” by the supremes ever made, and of course, his best work: genesis. Phil Collins has so much range that if he made a metal band or started a rap career in 2022 and it was amazing none of us would be surprised

OML That Guy yes I do keep up with music. Phil Collins left Genesis in March 1996 to focus on his solo career. He formed the Phil Collins Big Band with himself on the drums. The band performed six jazz renditions of songs Genesis and his solo career. His sixth solo album Dance into the Light was released in October 1996. Now Phil Collins due to the fact a lot of people thought he was dead rejoined with Genesis and is now doing a tour for old times sake.
