Great interview! Although I didn't think the scene was believable...I don't think any military officer would act like that...not knowing exactly who Zoe's character was. Other than that I loved the first 2 episodes of season 2! I can't wait for more episodes!

I like this show for what it is. A military drama/thriller. It’s not the most military accurate show. There are some glaring issues that any modern vet would catch

So you worked with the Cia and Dea.. Nice

@@MrDaBears83 never said I did. Just basic military things that any modern vet would pick up on. She’s an Apache pilot but she comes flying in on a Blackhawk. Episode 1 they getting chased by cartel on road and stop, turn and open fire on a whole 5-7 enemy vehicles w/ 3 being technicals with mounted guns. That stuff would never happen. They would get destroyed those 3 vehicles easily. It’s cool show to watch. The action thriller/drama is fun. But any modern vet would catch easily

@@MrDaBears83 This show has a lot of ground warfare. It's not a CIA spy thriller. Sadly too many people have been put in that situation and have experience with it.

Great show BUT I expected more realism in the Lioness. Rodriguez’s character is an Apache (AH-64) pilot but what do we see her show up in? A Blackhawk (UH-60). Then later, without any mentioned training, she’s flying an OH-6. No one in the army is cross trained (or current/qualified in more than one at a time) in this many machines, especially helicopters that fly in totally different roles - AH (Attack), UH (Utility), OH (Observation). This is as far out as in movies where an ER doc is performing neuro surgery or a heart transplant.

As a Marine vet, I noticed this right away. I was like “why she flying a Blackhawk, with some heavy weapons setup?” …chalk it up to movie magic and no real military consulting onset.

It's not a documentary

@@demonslayer9551 that's probably all they could get on short notice and wanted to save money and not CGI it into an apache.

Gah the characters in the show actually talk about it. She's just a magical character that can fly anything. Chalk it up to being intentionally not realistic.
