Genetics part 3 incomplete dominance and codominance

This makes so much sense now...Incomplete dominance basically neither allele are dominant, thus their offspring has a new trait which is just a blend of both the parents. While Co-dominance both allele are dominant and separately shown on the offspring...for instance the f1 plant would be white with red spots or red with white spots. Thank you so much for the clarification.

could you plz xplain as to why such deviation from mendelian inheritance occurs? why is there a roan obtained in co-dominance? what is the reason that mendelian inheritance isnt followed?
