Art, technology and attention. Sure most of the designs don't get used in production but they are still nice to look at. Must be terrible, those two seconds of anguish. I hope you can get over that visual abuse soon.

I am actually very excited about EVs becoming more relevant. I just love the new styling of some of the cars being released. Just a breath of fresh air to see something that is different from the crowd of "they all look the same".

I love concept cars, much more than the tepid, watered down tripe they eventually become when they appear in dealer's showrooms. I like the idea of an electric car, and IF battery technology improves and IF the price drops low enough so that regular folks can buy them ( the crappy chevy bolt STARTS at almost 45 thousand dollars here ) then I'd certainly want one. I only hope that the utility companies / governments don't end up bending us over and screwing us royally over the price of electricity as they're doing to us now with the price of gasoline. ( $1.38 per liter here )

Nice to see a slight increase in EV seriousness from manufacturers, but I've never been a fan of concept cars that never see the light of day. Yawn.
