As lovely as this might be, it's all renderings and artist/design conceptions. On spec. Buyer beware - undertake extensive background and credit checks on the developer, current and former land owner, the designers and proposed builders. Instruct your private family lawyer to hire Spanish lawyers and run the deal through the washing machine, several times. Get your local Embassy to sign off, get the local Mayor to afix his/her apostle. Take blood. This is Marbella where Europe's shysters gather to rip you off. Welcome.

You always have to check what you buy I agree. ARK is well known for outstanding architecture and is internationally very well recognized! But in the end everything always has to be checked!

So many of these fabulous designs & builds are so afraid of introducing colour …. It’s officially an epidemic of white, off white, beige, natural tones, earthy tones, off white … you get my point
