I'm actually really happy with her performance as a main dps. Got SS + sig functor and while she's not quite on the same level as Jinwu, she still outputs a lot of damage. Might go for SSS on her rerun.

Congrats on getting the functor cody and I feel your pain about running out of mats just need to upgrade four more of my warps to lvl three and Im done with them but man probably won’t build lu for awhile if I get her XD Didn’t need to swipe and she makes my favorite character even better definitely worth my saved shifted stars Now where my Wu swimsuit and my life will be complete

DAMN I came back to AG too late and missed Jinwu and Lingguang. Got SS Gengchen but now I'm feeling like going so hard might've been a mistake lmao. Do we know of those two will ever come back? She is really fun to play though so I don't feel totally screwed lol

i prefer using anger management for 5 & 6. that way she can skill chain right at the start. She's really the solution for my Hades comp, pulling all those enemies to be slice n dice by Hades's dance duo

Honestly, the fact that she can gather infinitely is already a gud enough reason to pull her... And is viable with 4star Tianyuan functor that reduces defense.. pretty low cost, just make sure she's alive..

He talked about it on one of his video. Gengchen is the recommended out of the 3 and Jinwu is last. Her Signature makes her more viable with other teams.

About sigil, I did some simple test with lvl 40 sigils (can't afford reconstruction to lvl 60); overall Spartan is slightly better compared to Ruler, and the DMG from Spartan also better but not significant. What I love the most is her gameplay more fluid with Spartan. Slap some rage sigil enhance... *Chef's kiss* 👌

I don't understand why people keep mentioning rage issues...are you sure you're using your normal attacks? Geng chen has the highest normal attack multiplier in the game so you're not really missing out on too much by doing a full chain. The last hit recovers a bunch of rage, enough to get you through two cycles at least

I got her functor from the unawakened TianYuan functor from the last event and currently grinding to get the last multi (Hard pity and lost 50/50 from MengZheng banner). Probably gonna try to snag her outfit too cause I'm not too interested in LiuLiang (Even though the VA is from HSR and she does a great job on LiuLiang). After that we're going for Mitsuhua, Izanami, and LINGZHAO. Lu Wu is a maybe (Strong maybe) and Asterisk War Rasengan is a MUST (Last modifier mentioned is the newest water one in CN. I just miss Asterisk War as an anime lol)

Pink cat. Forgot its name, but it revives allies upon death. If you have Hera you don't really need it since she'll just time freeze all the time

i used her with lingguang and jinwu, my gengchen is just s rank 20k cp and hit 25 mil damage, is this a bug or does she really hit that number ?

i have geng at 24.7k cp and jinwu at 26k and she roughly deals half of jinwu does on ai control. personally i think she's hades tier in terms of damage if you can rotate her skills fluidly(need a lot of rage reduction and rage gain boost and starting rage to do this)

Jinwu is just on another level. I was dealing 3 times as much as geng chen on a stage with geng chen buffs...but to be fair, the AI is kinda ass at the game so you should probably do a separate comparison

Yes. I'm not sure how many pulls it typically takes because the rates aren't specified for some reason, but I got it in 30 pulls or so, which is barely 9 pulls on a character banner. There's a 5 pull included in the prize pool too so I think it's absolutely worth it, especially if you like the background and the music, or just collecting things in general.

The access key is the modifier's weapon itself. If you meant the signature functor which acts as the "booster", then 1st choice would be Genchen's since she provides more team benefit for full Tian Yuan team, as well as synergy with other teams. 2nd would be Lingguang's and Jin Wu's would be last even if you use her as the main DPS. The point is to provide all the buffs and bonuses to bump up Jin Wu's final damage. And even if only Jin Wu has a signature functor, her damage cap won't be that high without a properly built Lingguang and Genchen to support her and give that extra oomph. That's what makes their team comp to work better than others.

Get Linguang first. Linguang can be support for any team unlike Gengchen who is support for Tian Yuan faction. Also Gengchen functor only provides 5 % buffs without dupes. So you need SS for boost or copies of her functor.

Pls consider to switch to Spartan + mermaid , Spartan it's way better for her since allows her to perform her combos much better , i did it and it's a must , the difference it's insane, top Global players are using Spartan , the ones using heaven can't hit the score of top 5 Best players

Well oceanus is considered a main dps whereas gengchen is not, furthermore what is your build with oceanus? Double or triple S? Do you have sig functor and if so what tier? What about warps? Is he fully warped out? Just curious
