GENIE BOOM LIFT WILL NOT START NO CRANK - FIXED!

I found the issue with my Genie Boom Lift S60. I believe this work with Genie Boom Lift S40, S45, S60, S65, S85 as well.
After hours of troubleshooting I found out the culprit was the circuit breaker from the base control panel. Watch the video how I used a voltage meter to find where the voltage stopped flowing and realized it was the circuit breaker that caused the boom lift not the start.

Had our S60 come back as it's not cranking. Didn't have to time to get under the panel, but will give this a look as I'm hoping it's not a fuel delivery issue. Appreciate the tip.

Did it recently ran out of diesel? or is the diesel low? Unfortunately 9 out of 10 times with these diesel large equipment it is MOST LIKELY diesel fuel delivery issue. There is a priming pump you can push usually by the diesel filter. Try pushing that and crank it. If that makes a difference then you are confirmed it is a fuel delivery issue.

This just happened to mine today. I had to have someone pass 2x12 from 3rd story window to genie lift. I will try this to trouble shoot in the morning. Thanks for the help!

My Genie will die after 1/2 hour of use and no power anywhere, maybe my circuit breaker is getting hot and loses power. Great idea check.

Hi, I've tried to update the software on Genie S-85 XC year 2018 (Bootloader 1302967-1.7.1 and Firmware 1302966-1.9.5) via USB. The Bootloader successfully installed and during updating of Firmware DISCON, PCON main, PCON secondary and TCON secondary successfully update 100% but TCON main not updating and showing message "Sub-ECU not responding try to recovery. I've checked wiring and CAN resistance on J5 and J10 connectors, all good. The Genie have ALC-600 controllers. Can you please help me. Thanks in advance.

hello paul have a question for you i have as65 # 15229 its a 2007 every function works from ground and platform only problem iam having is boom up very very slow from ground and platform very very slow i put my hydraulic pressure guage on it iam only getting little below 2000 psi when i try to boom up

You have a hydraulic issue not electronic. I would start by checking for leaks, hydraulic fluid level and hydraulic pump.
