Just in tears. Under dramatic circumstances like cancer, hospitals should have the capability to allow well loved pets to come to see their owner/loved one in a travelling basket or similar. It would boost moral of the patient and let the well loved animal know that its owner was still alive. Well done for raising awareness.

I met Evie at the Cat awards, as facebook.com/sadieellenore was also a finalist. In fact Evie & her mum were the only people I got to speak to during the reception. She was lovely, and I was so happy she & Genie won. This is so sweet, made me cry! My partner who was with me at the awards cried too! Evie, if you ever see this, I still remember what a sweet, kind, beautiful, and intelligent human you are. I wish we could've stayed in touch somehow, your mum was so lovely too. I hope you're doing fantastic!

As soon as I saw her in hospital I just started crying, cuz I knew it was serious and watching them wish they could see each other made me cry even more. Then Evie coming home and Genie's reaction made the tears flow faster. This is especially emotional to me cuz I have a cat and I'm the same age as Evie and I couldn't imagine not being able to see or be with him. They deserved to win after all they had been through.

Beautiful. The love of a pet can sometimes mean the difference for a patient struggling for their life. Hospitals really should find ways to allow pet visitations during treatments and long term stays.

I originally came across this as an ad at the start of a subcription video and very nearly hit 'skip ad' as usual, but something kept me watching. This is a beautiful little film in itself and moved me to tears. Such a relief when it turned out well at the end. I haven't had a good year or a particularly great Christmas, but this reminded me that so many people are having it worse. Best wishes to everyone in 2019, from England.

I have 2 cats of my own nod one I got from cats protection but she had somthing wrong with her past so she is afraid of me but it's getting better.I have a kitten called cola and once I was away for 2 weeks and When I came back he ran (REALY FAST) to me and I cried.Me and cola can't be separated and if we were i would be heart broken.But Colas mom was slowing fading she had blurry eyes and her family didn't have enough money to cure her.But as soon as I walked through the lady's door I saw a small tiny black kitten (Cola) and a few minutes later...he was mine.How ever Elinka (the cat I was talking about earlier) didn't take this situation as we thought we would.It was going fine for a few days then....Elinka had enough she would hiss and scratch (but missed).But when ever she did that Cola would run to me mowing sadly and I would see somthing wasn't right.Elinka is kind now and she goes to me every now and again.But when I'm asleep cola would curl up on my shoulder and pur on me.Once I was sick and cola followed me every were to make sure I was ok.And when I was eating he would eat.Once I started coughing a lot so cola pointed at the glass of water telling me to drink the water (Dr.Cola). Written by a 9 year old who LOVES cats :3 It took me half an hour to write this but it was worth it
